About the Role:

As a Member Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support to our members across the India Operations. You'll be the face of Tide, helping businesses overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to members via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Help members troubleshoot issues with our products and services.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve member queries and improve overall satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences. If you have 1-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the finance industry, we'd love to hear from you

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • 1-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
