Field Services Professional

We are looking for a skilled Field Services Engineer to provide technical support during the commissioning phase of Energy Storage Projects.

This role will be responsible for offering technical assistance during mechanical and electrical tasks throughout the commissioning phase. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between clients on-site, including liaising with subcontractors when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support during the commissioning phase.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site.
  • Liaise with subcontractors when necessary.
  • Collaborate with various professionals to implement a detailed commissioning schedule.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports, monitoring and addressing any deviations from the planned schedule.
  • Engage in follow-up meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee the installation of Energy Storage structures to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Participate in preventive and reactive maintenance activities for Energy Storage infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Possess 2-3 years of experience as an Energy Storage Service Engineer with hands-on site experience.
  2. Handle commissioning, pre and post-commissioning tests, and performance test verification.
  3. Manage spare parts inventory, including maintaining records, documenting transactions, and updating inventory.
  4. Ensure the safekeeping of tools.
  5. Oversee and assign tasks to third-party service partner technicians.
  6. Provide customer support through various channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and skills in electrical projects, specifically in substations, power lines, or LV/MV cables. Proficiency in MS Office tools and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
