Identity and Access Management Professional

Role Summary:

We seek an accomplished Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team.

This individual will play a critical role in strengthening enterprise identity and access management capabilities while ensuring secure and seamless user access across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions across enterprise applications.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations.
  • Implement and support Ping Identity solutions including Ping Access and Ping Federate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure authentication and authorization processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity federation, authentication, and access issues.
  • Support security audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and knowledge transfer within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SSO technologies and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Solid experience with Ping Access and Ping Federate for authentication/authorization.
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise IAM environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
