  • Design and oversee the implementation of various IDG capabilities, including lifecycle management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), user provisioning, access reviews, and access requests.
  • Create detailed architecture documentation and provide technical leadership to implementation teams.
  • Define and oversee the implementation of policies, authentication mechanisms, authorization frameworks, service account management, CI/CD pipelines for IGA, target application integrations, Privileged Access Management (PAM) integrations, and access governance across the enterprise.
  • Develop IG roadmaps aligned with business objectives and security requirements.
  • Analyze the current IG infrastructure to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Develop IG policies and standards, ensuring compliance with security frameworks and regulations.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and define technical solutions.
