Electronics Design Expert Wanted

At the forefront of innovation, we seek a seasoned electronics design professional to spearhead our PCB layout and schematic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with electrical engineers to develop high-quality schematics and optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive part libraries in accordance with IPC standards.
  • Design and develop intricate PCB layouts for complex electronic products, ensuring signal integrity and thermal considerations.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams during project execution and implement best practices for PCB layout and manufacturing.
  • Conduct rigorous design reviews and generate Gerber files, assembly drawings, and documentation for efficient manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in PCB design with ORCAD, preferably in a mid-senior level role.
  • Strong understanding of PCB layout techniques, power integrity, thermal, and EMC/EMI considerations.
  • Experience with high-speed digital design and RF/microwave PCB layouts is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • IPC certification is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and manufacturing processes for PCB fabrication and assembly.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC 2221, IPC 7351, IPC 2152).
  • DFx- DFA, DFM & DFT standards knowledge.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
