We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Executive to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our client servicing team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communications, coordinating with recruitment teams to understand and fulfill client requirements, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the client servicing team in managing day-to-day client interactions
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand and meet client needs
  • Prepare and update job descriptions and candidate briefs based on client input
  • Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with clients
  • Maintain and update CRM tools and recruitment databases
  • Assist in creating client reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and candidates
  • Support in onboarding processes and client feedback management
