Job Opportunity: Data Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be well-versed in building and managing data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data systems with expertise in analytic data warehouse technologies, including Snowflake and Databricks SQL.
  • Implement ETL processes using SSIS and leverage big data frameworks like Cloudera for efficient data processing.
  • Write complex queries, stored procedures, and perform performance tuning using advanced SQL skills.
  • Utilize PySpark for data processing and transformation to drive business insights.
  • Work with various databases and file formats, including MS SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake, AWS S3, JSON, CSV, XML, and Excel.
  • Develop business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS to support informed decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, and version control systems like GitHub and SVN.
  • Experience with ticket tracking systems like Jira and development environments such as Visual Studio and SSMS.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
