Test Planning and Delivery Specialist

This role is suitable for an experienced professional with a background in marketing or campaign testing, preferably with knowledge/experience of PEGA and CCM.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in test planning, execution, and delivery
  • Hands-on experience with PEGA, CCM, POSTMAN for API testing, and programming languages such as C#
  • Excellent understanding of technical, functional, and non-functional requirements, as well as user stories
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of defects
  • Ability to work closely with development teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence the direction of project outcomes
  • Experience in agile delivery, planning, and coordination of program work for multiple squads
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, trustworthiness, and reliability

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing test cases, plans, and reports
  • Conducting integration, end-to-end regression, and user acceptance testing
  • Managing defects through to resolution, and working closely with campaign managers and stakeholders
  • Ensuring timely release and management of campaigns from an accuracy and quality perspective
