Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to occupy the position of Senior Automation Tester.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to verify software quality.

This entails designing and developing automated tests to ensure software meets quality standards, converting manual test cases into automated scripts, maintaining and enhancing existing automation frameworks, and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyzing test results and reporting defects.
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure software meets quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in IT, with hands-on experience in software testing life cycle (STLC), automation testing tools like Selenium, and programming languages like Java/Spring Boot. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential to effectively work with SMEs from Business & IT teams.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects.
  • Hands-on experience with software testing life cycle (STLC).
  • Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, Perfecto, GenRocket, etc.
  • Experience with Java/Spring Boot and SQL/any DB.
  • Demonstrated experience in in-sprint and integration testing within Agile or distributed environments.
  • Understanding of test script versioning, CI/CD integration, and defect management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs from Business & IT teams.
