Job Title: Performance Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Testing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and make a real impact in the industry.

About the Role:

  • This position involves working with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies that ensure software applications meet business requirements and deliver optimal user experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing principles, techniques, and standards, as well as experience working with CI/CD tools and practices such as Jenkins, Azure repo, Bitbucket, azure devops, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, solution designs, process documentation, and other relevant data to identify feasible business-critical transactions and implement best performance test practices and standards.
  • This role also involves mentoring and guiding junior team members, providing technical expertise, and communicating effectively across multiple teams and external vendors.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of performance testing experience.
  • Min 5 years of experience with OpenText LoadRunner experience using protocols Citrix, RDP, Java, and performance testing mobile technologies and database.
  • Significant experience working with Jmeter and APM tools including NewRelic and Graphana.
  • Proven experience with SOAP Web Services and RESTful Web Services testing using SOAP UI, Postman, and Swagger.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software quality assurance (SQA) processes and practices, such as agile, waterfall, and DevOps.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
