We're looking for a skilled professional to oversee the planning and execution of our online events, webinars, and masterclasses. You'll be responsible for driving engagement and attendance through targeted campaigns and strategic coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies
  • Drive registrations and attendance through high-performing campaigns across various channels
  • Craft compelling event communication copy and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure success
  • Analyze event performance data and optimize continuously
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase reach and engagement

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and email writing skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience psychology, and content performance
  • Analytical mindset and ability to draw actionable insights from data
  • Creative problem-solving skills and experience with tools like Mailchimp / Sendinblue / WebEngage / WhatsApp APIs / CRMs
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience running high-volume webinars or online workshops
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, etc.)
  • Background in EdTech, SaaS, or community-led growth

Success Metrics

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding registration and attendance goals
  • Delivering high open and click-through rates on campaigns
  • Creating scalable, trackable, and repeatable event flows
