Job Title: On-Premise Data Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Architecture Expert with extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise data solutions.

This key position requires profound technical knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive data governance and compliance across projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive data architectures for complex enterprise projects aligned with business goals.
  • Create scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions using various technologies.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of data platforms, tools, and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture blueprints.
  • E nsure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Promote best practices for data management, storage, and integration.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture roles with a strong focus on on-premise environments.
  • Expertise in MS SQL and Postgres databases with advanced SQL programming skills.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases and modern data platforms.
  • Understanding of voice/BPO solutions and software such as Avaya, Genesys (desired).
  • Strong knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex enterprise-scale architectures.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
