Key Responsibilities:

  • Turn influencer marketing performance data into actionable business insights.
  • Analyse large datasets across social media platforms and campaign reports to measure ROI and understand audience impact.
  • Collect, clean, and analyse influencer campaign data from multiple sources to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare visually appealing presentations reflecting data, insights and analytics to support business growth.
  • Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Develop predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns to drive business results.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data → insights → recommendations) to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of reporting through quality assurance checks and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or marketing.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills to create compelling presentations.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and technologies.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics including CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
