Job Title: Electronics Hardware Engineering Leadership Position

The role of Electronics Hardware Engineering Leadership Position is responsible for the technical delivery of automotive electronics hardware for global vehicle OEMs.

  • Lead electrical hardware design tasks, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
  • Develop digital core, audio, camera, and video signals, analog, and digital control logic, linear and switching power supplies for automotive applications.
  • Perform worst-case analysis and simulations to guarantee compliance with customer requirements.
  • Support product design reviews, create and maintain schematic and assembly drawings, and release within the change management structure.
  • Develop and maintain electrical DFMEA and generate electrical information for ECAD PCB layout support.
  • Support hardware prototype build, create product verification plans, perform testing, and support EMC and validation testing.
  • Utilize structured problem-solving techniques for test failure resolution and present product design, analysis, and testing to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing electrical hardware design teams.
  • Deep understanding of automotive electronics hardware and systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and multi-meters.
