Embedded Hardware Design Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. As an Embedded Hardware Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of electronics hardware and its testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Electronics Hardware Design and Testing: Design and develop electronics hardware, and conduct thorough testing to ensure its reliability and performance.
  2. Power Supply Design: Design power supply systems, including SMPS typologies, DC-DC converters, and high-frequency transformer design.
  3. Analog and Digital Circuit Design: Design analog and digital circuits, including signal integrity simulation in Pspice, LTSpice, and ModelSIM.
  4. IGBT/MOSFET Gate Drivers Design: Design IGBT/MOSFET gate drivers.
  5. PWM Techniques and Snubber Design: Implement PWM techniques and snubber design in electronics circuit design.
  6. EMI-EMC Filter Design: Design EMI-EMC filters and implement them in electronics circuit design, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  7. Heatsink Calculations and Component Selections: Perform heatsink calculations and select appropriate components, such as capacitors, LDOs, inductors, and X-Y capacitors.
  8. Knowledge of Industry Standards: Have in-depth knowledge of various industry standards, including IEC, CE, and UL.
  9. PCB Layout Understanding and Review: Understand PCB layout principles and review designs for quality and functionality.
  10. Communication Protocols and Reliability Testing: Have expertise in various communication protocols, such as RTU, USB, CAN, TCP, Profibus, and knowledge of reliability testing methods, including HALT and ALT.
