Job Title: Head of Marketing

This role is critical in building long-term brand equity, driving consumer demand, and enabling strong retail and online marketing strategy.


  • Lead integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential channels.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional marketing team and work closely with Brand Strategy & Leadership to define and articulate the brand's positioning, tone, and visual identity tailored for our target audience.


  • Define and articulate the brand's positioning, tone, and visual identity.
  • Own the full-funnel digital strategy including SEO/SEM, paid media, social, CRM, and website performance.
  • Leverage analytics and insights to shape data-backed marketing interventions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • 10+ years of experience in brand/consumer marketing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven experience scaling a premium or D2C brand through strategic and hands-on marketing.
  • Expertise in digital, brand, and content marketing; experience with luxury, interior, lifestyle, or design brands is a plus.
