Job Title: Marketing Lead

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and consumer engagement. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy & Leadership:
    • Create and implement brand positioning strategies tailored to the Indian market.
    • Bid on long-term brand-building programs that enhance awareness and customer loyalty.
    • Lead integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Digital Marketing & Performance:
    • Oversight of full-funnel digital strategy including SEO, paid media, social media, CRM, and website performance.
    • Manage cross-channel performance tracking and optimization, focusing on cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, lifetime value, and retention metrics.
    • Leverage analytics and insights to inform data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Content & Communications:
    • Oversee content development for social media, product storytelling, influencer collaborations, video campaigns, and editorial pieces.
    • Lead PR efforts and events to strengthen brand voice and community engagement.
  • Retail & Experiential Marketing:
    • Create omnichannel marketing strategies that drive foot traffic and conversions across offline studios and experience centers.
    • Collaborate with retail, design, and product teams to develop customer-centric communication in showrooms.
  • Team & Budget Management:
    • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
    • Owning marketing resource allocation and ROI across programs.

Requirements:

You should have 10+ years of experience in brand/consumer marketing with at least 3 - 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience scaling a premium or D2C brand through strategic and hands-on marketing is essential. Expertise in digital, brand, and content marketing; experience with luxury, interior, lifestyle, or design brands is beneficial.
