We are on a mission to revolutionize the way we approach hair loss. As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, you will be at the forefront of this transformation.

Your role will involve identifying and validating new business opportunities that align with our vision. You will work closely with our team to drive growth and transformation by setting revenue, margin, and efficiency targets for your designated category.

Key responsibilities include owning the category P&L and operating cadence, developing a growth strategy and portfolio architecture, and building a disciplined test-and-learn engine across product, tech, ops, and marketing. You will also be responsible for full-funnel ownership, team leadership, analytics, forecasting, risk management, execution excellence, governance, and efficiency automation.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record as an entrepreneur, founder, or in a founder's office role in a startup/high-growth environment. A strong understanding of healthcare, wellness, or tech-enabled consumer markets is essential. You should have demonstrated ability to ideate and execute innovative business strategies, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong networking skills, and experience in building strategic partnerships.

  • This role requires you to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You should have comfort in managing ambiguity and uncertainty.
