About the Role

This is a leadership role responsible for managing the strategy, operations, and product development within a dynamic sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D/plant operations within the electronics domain.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse interests and agendas.
