Power Transmission Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Consulting/Utility division, specializing in the Power Transmission sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for power transmission projects, leveraging expertise in project management and consulting.
  • Lead international teams on complex consulting assignments, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze project requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, driving growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in consulting/utility, with at least 10 years in the power transmission sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing international projects, with a minimum of 3 similar consulting assignments.
  • Experience in construction of EHV substations & OH/UG lines (400 KV and below voltage level) is essential.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to supervise projects from planning to execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/Master's qualifications in Management/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Long-term utility/consulting experience would be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
