Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to the success of a growing company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces for retail POS, MPOS, and self-checkout solutions. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience.

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools such as Figma.
  • Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing for retail POS, MPOS, and self-checkout solutions.
  • Knowledge of multi-lingual support for markets like KSA.
  • Familiarity with React Native for Windows and mobile applications.
  • Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
