  • Maintain Identity and Access Management Systems">

  • Optimize Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Federation Services (e.g., ADFS, Entra ID Connect).">

    • Coordinate provisioning, deprovisioning, role changes with HR and security systems.">

    • Support Group Management Processes">

    • Define access roles, distribution/security group governance, and ensure high availability.">

    • Troubleshoot Identity-Related Incidents">

    • Login failures, MFA issues, and access provisioning errors.">

    • Implement Policies for Identity Lifecycle">

    • Group management, authentication standards, and document policies.">

Familiarity with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD etc.

Good understanding of troubleshooting on SSO (SAML, OIDC)

Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
