Job Title: Strategic Procurement Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and maximum value. They should have a strong technical skill set in buying and procurement, with experience in managing supplier information, master data, and the procure-to-pay cycle.

  • Review material requirements and specifications, float RFQs, receive bid responses, prepare, analyze, and share bid responses
  • Experience in reviewing and releasing purchase orders, reconciling purchase orders, resolving supplier queries, and following up on critical purchase orders
  • Maintain master data and updates
  • Identify potential risks and work out mitigation plans
  • Establish and monitor processes of issue management, change management, and quality management
  • Organize timely meetings between teams, suppliers, and customers for issue resolution
  • Prepare project status reports and submit to senior management and customers for reviews
  • Drive governance calls with stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, JDE/SAP, and Ariba or related buying tools preferred
  • Willingness to work in US/EMEA/APAC shift timings
