Job Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic professionals to join our business function as Coordination & MIS Support specialists.

In this role, you will assist in managing sales operations, coordinating with partners, supporting marketing programs, preparing MIS reports, and conducting research to enable data-driven decisions.

  • Assist with daily reporting, including sales, product, productivity, and revenue reports along with detailed analysis.
  • Support in designing marketing programs and maintaining a structured marketing activity calendar.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with key external partners and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
  • Conduct research on assigned topics and prepare impactful presentations and reports.
  • Prepare dashboards and summaries to support the business function and decision-making processes.


Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing regular sales reports with detailed analysis.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of marketing programs.
  • Coordinating meetings with external partners and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Conducting research and preparing reports on various topics.
  • Creating dashboards and summaries to inform business decisions.


Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Pursuing or completed MBA in Finance (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Canva.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
