Job Opportunity

- Lead a team of data engineers in the development and implementation of analytics solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and databases.

- Develop and execute strategies for improving operational efficiency and scalability of analytic solutions.

- Manage resources and prioritize projects to meet business objectives.

- Define and enforce standards for data warehousing environments.

- Design and implement highly scalable data pipelines using emerging technologies like AWS, Snowflake, Spark, and Kafka.

- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that meet data warehousing design standards.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor team members and plan their career growth.

- Foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements
  • Experience in leading and developing data engineering teams.
  • Experience managing performance reviews, setting SMART goals, and investing in team member career development.
  • Experience working with cloud technologies and big data stacks.
  • Experience designing and building dimensional data models.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building high-quality applications and data pipelines.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Proficiency in writing advanced SQLs and expertise in performance tuning.
  • Experience with data science and machine learning tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and ability to learn quickly.
