Job Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions and human resources activities, supporting operational excellence, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, hiring
- New hire onboarding and orientations
- Staff oversight and coordination
- Payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management
- Office policies and procedures development and implementation
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping
- Budgeting and expense tracking for administrative operations
- Employee records management: personal data, job history, performance evaluations
- HR policy and procedure development and implementation
- Conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, terminations
- Office operations management: supplies, equipment, facilities maintenance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Discretion handling sensitive information
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Independence and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration
