Role Description
The Testing Lead will oversee the quality assurance process during software development, ensuring that software products meet defined standards before release.

  • Manage a team of testers and work closely with developers to identify defects, track metrics, and interpret big-data testing results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define test scope and plans, obtaining approval from management and development teams.
  • Set testing metrics and manage test effort, establishing key metrics to assess quality and calculate resources.
  • Develop automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and BDD frameworks, automating UI and API test cases to increase coverage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, participating in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and design sessions to communicate status updates and coordinate with development, product, and business teams.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in software testing and QA leadership, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks and test management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying defects, tracking metrics, and interpreting big-data testing results.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and collaborate across functions.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git and Jenkins.
