Job Opportunity:

The role of Quality Team Lead involves overseeing a team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of map data. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality frameworks, processes, and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Quality analysts to achieve operational goals.
  • Identify and mitigate data quality challenges.
  • Implement data quality policies and validation rules.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of Quality analysts to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and client guidelines.
  • Track team performance using data quality KPIs and provide actionable feedback.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to quality control processes.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Identify and address quality issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with Process Excellence and data creation teams to implement best quality practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Additional certifications in quality management are desirable.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in quality control management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • 1 year of experience in Quality supervisory role or 2 years of experience in Quality Analyst role.
