Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Specialist to join our organization in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science and experience working with pension or PRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with analysts and on-shore consulting teams to deliver exceptional client service through detailed checking and communication channels.
  • Take ownership of projects, organize tasks, and make confident decisions and execute plans without close supervision.
  • Monitor progress of team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and provide regular feedback for growth and development.
  • Effectively manage projects, utilize MetriX, and participate in knowledge sharing, training, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and promote open communication among team members.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science or related field with significant mathematical content.
  • 2-5 years of actuarial experience with expertise in pension or PRM and actuarial fundamentals.
  • Strong working knowledge of actuarial valuation tools, EXCEL, and Word skills.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results.
