Architectural Draftsperson - India

We are seeking a seasoned Architectural Draftsperson to join our team in India.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating detailed architectural drawings for high-rise building projects. They will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that drawings are accurate, coordinated, and meet all project requirements and building codes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive architectural drawings and details for high-rise building projects from concept through to construction administration.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and meet all project requirements and building codes.
  • Produce and manage detailed drawing sets using AutoCAD ensuring all standards and protocols are followed.
  • Review and redline drawings, mentor junior drafting staff to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Assist in the preparation of project specifications reports, and other technical documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years professional experience as a Draftsperson, with a strong focus on high-rise architectural projects.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD is required with a demonstrated ability to create precise and detailed architectural drawings.
  • Soft Skills: Strong understanding of building codes construction methods, and materials relevant to high-rise construction.
  • Personal Qualities: Exceptional attention to detail commitment to producing accurate high-quality work.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication collaboration skills ability to work effectively in a team environment.
