We're looking for a skilled professional to lead our in-house graphics team and develop creative designs for educational content. The ideal candidate will have experience managing workflows, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative designs for educational content.
  • Manage workflow and assign tasks to team members.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Conduct quality checks on outsourced graphics to ensure company standards are met.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Review and approve graphic materials before final production or publication.
  • Ensure consistency in visual style and branding across all company graphics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
  • Strong skills in visualizing and creating educational content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing various design projects and styles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
