AegisCovenant is seeking an exceptional Executive Financial Strategist to lead its finance team and drive business growth. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the company's financial strategy, operations, and performance. With a strong focus on financial management, reporting, and risk assessment, this role requires a deep understanding of finance, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy and Leadership:
    • - Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support long-term growth objectives.
    • - Provide leadership in all areas of finance, ensuring that all financial policies and practices align with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
    • - Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on all financial matters, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Financial Management and Reporting:
    • - Direct all financial reporting functions, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
    • - Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, providing key metrics and actionable insights to drive business decision-making.
    • - Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability and optimize financial performance.
  • Risk Management and Compliance:
    • - Oversee the development and implementation of internal controls and compliance programs to mitigate financial, operational, and business risks.
    • - Monitor changes in financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards to ensure company compliance.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • - Lead process improvements within finance, accounting, and operations to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
    • - Evaluate and optimize financial systems, controls, and technologies to ensure the company is using the most effective tools and processes.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • - Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and External Relations:
    • - Serve as the primary liaison for the company with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory agencies.

Required Qualifications:

  • - Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS) qualification is mandatory.
  • - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is essential; MBA is preferred.
  • - A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Finance Director, VP of Finance, or CFO).

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market rates.
