Field Officer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Field Officer to support our clients by accurately processing insurance applications and claims.

  • Filling out insurance application forms, claim forms, and other related documents with precision and attention to detail is crucial for this role.
  • Daily visits to hospitals are necessary to assist patients in filling up insurance forms for our client pharma company, maintaining accurate records of all data.
  • Verifying and cross-checking client information for correctness and completeness is essential.
  • Collecting and organizing required supporting documents from clients will be a key responsibility.
  • Maintaining records of submitted forms and tracking their status is vital for success in this position.
  • Coordinating with clients, agents, or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information is critical.
  • Ensuring all forms are completed in compliance with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines is a must.
  • Assisting with data entry and updating client information in the company database/CRM is also necessary.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information is a top priority.
  • Meeting daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local language are necessary.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications & MS Office is expected.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity is a must.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required.

Work Location: On-site in hospitals and clinics across various cities.
