Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate interview schedules, maintaining up-to-date calendars to reflect current availability.
  • Facilitate effective communication between candidates and hiring teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to gather essential information for scheduling interviews.
  • Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise during the interview process.
  • Provide regular status reports and updates to Talent Acquisition and Human Resources regarding the scheduling process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel to manage data effectively, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
