Program Director for Data Quality and E-commerce

Catalog management plays a vital role at ASSPL - Karnataka, serving as the foundation for both customer and shopper experiences. To meet Amazon's expectations of delighting and exceeding customers' needs, high-quality catalog data is essential.

The IN-Item Data Quality (IDQ) group provides technologies for catalog augmentation and correction. Our solutions ensure that information in Amazon's catalog is complete, correct, consistent, and authoritative enough to provide an exceptional shopping experience. We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large team (>30 reportees) responsible for improving catalog quality for search and browse journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the vision and definition for program expansion and service development.
  • Planning, forecasting, and contributing to operational planning.
  • Developing end-to-end business strategies, customer experiences, and offerings for expansions.
  • Setting and measuring goals across functions.
  • Defining new use cases for services in partnership with internal and external teams.
  • Turning business requirements into functional specifications and executing delivery with data analysts and product managers.
  • Establishing scalable processes for large-scale data analyses, model development, validation, and implementation.
  • Developing execution strategies and mitigating risks.

We estimate this role offers a salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per year, based on industry standards and our location. This figure may vary depending on factors like your level of experience, skills, and qualifications.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 7+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Proven experience managing teams.
