Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Data Management:
    • Input and organize product data efficiently into the catalog management system to ensure accuracy.
    • Ensure all product listings are up-to-date, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and any other relevant attributes.
    • Regularly audit product listings to identify discrepancies or missing information, and correct them as required.
  • Catalogue Template Maintenance:
    • Review and ensure that catalog templates used for product listings are accurate, comprehensive, and error-free.
    • Maintain and update catalog templates to reflect changes in product specifications, pricing, or promotional information.
  • Catalogue Query Resolution:
    • Address and resolve post-submission catalog queries from internal teams, marketplace platforms, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with the technical team or other departments to resolve issues that prevent listings from being displayed correctly on the marketplace.
  • Inventory Synchronization:
    • Ensure that inventory levels are updated and synced with the catalog once products are listed on marketplace platforms.
    • Work with the inventory management team to ensure seamless integration between the catalogue and the inventory system, minimizing out-of-stock or overstock issues.

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in catalog management, e-commerce operations, or product data management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and cataloging processes.
