Job Title: Credit Lending Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Credit Lending Team Leader to oversee a team of analysts supporting Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending operations.

  • Lead and mentor analysts in processing CRE loan applications, credit documentation, and portfolio management.
  • Ensure delivery in line with Service Level Agreements/Key Performance Indicators with 98%+ right-first-time documentation accuracy.
  • Track, review, and report team performance; conduct regular feedback and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee collaboration with KYC and Financial Crime teams for onboarding/fraud cases.
  • Facilitate transparent, regular communication between India and UK teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or financial services.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and working with UK/international banking clients.
