We're seeking a Creative Designer who combines graphic design, video editing, social media storytelling, and AI tools for high-impact visuals on digital platforms.

Job Role
  • Design eye-catching thumbnails and digital campaigns aligning with our brand.
  • Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) highlighting artisans and crafts.
  • Use AI tools to generate design concepts, content variations, and video effects.
  • Apply strong storytelling skills engaging audiences and reflecting our brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team brainstorming campaign ideas and seasonal narratives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create graphic designs for thumbnails, banners, and posts.
  • Develop short video edits optimized for social platforms.
  • Apply AI prompt engineering for creative mockups and video enhancements.
  • Research design trends applying them in sustainability storytelling.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic design & video editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with AI prompt writing & generative tools (MidJourney, Firefly, Runway).
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling and social media design trends.
