Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a challenging role that involves leading and scaling talent acquisition efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing a recruitment team, and ensuring top talent for roles such as medical billing, coding, AR calling, and denial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic hiring initiatives to support business growth.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff as necessary.
  • Provide performance evaluations and handle employee discipline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Talent Acquisition Strategies:
  • Plan and direct recruiting staff activities.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to support business growth in RCM operations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and lead a team of recruiters.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for high-volume roles.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in Bulk Hiring.
  • Prior experience leading a team of recruiters and recruiting for US healthcare/RCM profiles is preferred.
