You will lead transformative data-first initiatives at enterprise scale, spearheading innovative solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Modeling and Integration: Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, defining data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, harmonization, and activation of unified customer profiles.
  • Collaboration and Performance Tuning: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions, ensuring performance tuning, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
  • Data Governance and Security: Manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources, integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms.
  • Guidance and Mentorship: Provide guidance on AI/ML use cases, Data Cloud + Agentforce/Data Cloud + Einstein GPT integrations, and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals including admins, developers, and data engineers.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Expertise: 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP), with proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design.
  • Data Skills and Knowledge: Hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification, along with proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and data harmonization techniques.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.
