Market Analyst Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing actionable insights to internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent data analysis.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in MIS or Data Analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel (basic to advanced).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and build strong relationships.
  • A customer-centric mindset and eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement.
