Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Testing Project Lead to drive our automation testing efforts forward. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading and executing automation testing projects, particularly within the medical devices industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all test automation activities across projects in the medical devices' domain.
  • Review and approve test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner (PO) or SME.
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices in test automation.
  • Mentor and coach engineers in automation testing methodologies.
  • Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.
  • Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly.
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment between technical and business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in testing, with at least recent 5 years in test automation.
  • Developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.
  • Hands-on experience in script review and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare regulations.
  • Experience interpreting and applying these regulations in testing scenarios.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
