Automation Test Engineer RoleWe are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to lead the development of end-to-end automated testing strategies across various technologies including React frontend, Python backend, and PostgreSQL database.Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop robust test automation frameworks using modern web testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
  • Create automated tests for Databricks data pipelines and ETL processes ensuring high-quality data integrity.
  • Design and implement CI/CD integration for automated test execution.
  • Mentor team members on testing best practices and framework adoption promoting a culture of innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in test automation engineering with a strong background in software development.
  • Proficient in API testing tools like Postman/Newman, Rest Assured, or equivalent.
  • Experience with data pipeline testing tools Great Expectations, Soda, DBT test, or similar.
  • Strong Python skills for backend API testing and proficiency in database testing (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • CI/CD pipeline integration experience with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
