Senior Manager - Data Analytics

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Manager to work with stakeholders and leverage company data to drive business solutions.

  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business outcomes.
  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to optimize business strategies.
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques.
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize business outcomes.
  • Operationalize models and algorithms into structured software, programs, or operational processes.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Key Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on business development.
  • Experience with coding languages like R, Python, SQL, VBA, and DAX.
  • Knowledge of working with and creating data architectures.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision trees, artificial neural networks).
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (e.g., regression, statistical tests).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in applied sciences with statistics coursework, or a relevant certification.
