Job Description

We are seeking an experienced data analysis and project management professional to join our team. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for leading data aggregation projects from conception to delivery, developing data management and reporting systems, and working with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple data projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement data management and reporting systems, including data visualization tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • 8-10 years of experience in data analysis and project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven expertise in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, or SQL.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
