Time Tracking Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Time Tracking Expert. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing, configuring, and supporting cutting-edge time tracking solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and govern the delivery of high-quality time tracking projects.
  • Conduct workshops to identify, analyze, and specify time tracking requirements, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Develop comprehensive functional specifications and configure the time tracking module to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value-added results.
  • Design and execute testing scenarios to validate time tracking solutions, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional support during deployment and transition to new time tracking systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Deliver training sessions to users, empowering them with the skills and knowledge necessary to maximize the benefits of time tracking solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations and processes, facilitating easy reference and future development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in time tracking projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on expertise in configuring and supporting time tracking modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in time tracking, attendance policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within time tracking platforms.
  • Time tracking certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
