AI/ML Architect Lead

Our organization seeks an accomplished AI/ML architect to spearhead our large language model (LLM) development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive architecture for the LLM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Define the technical strategy and create a roadmap in line with organizational visions and aspirations.
  • Decide on the technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment, considering scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Oversee integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure, guaranteeing seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Identify potential technical risks and define mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive implementation and effective communication.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and incorporate best practices to improve LLM capabilities and overall performance.
  • Conduct thorough research on LLM architectures, including open-source and domain-specific models like GPT, BERT, and FinBERT.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Strong grasp of scalability, modularity, and security principles, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies, data pipeline design, and data management practices, as well as expertise in CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring for ML models.
  • Ability to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders, possessing strong analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
