Job Description

A visionary leader is needed to drive technical excellence and business growth with a deep understanding of digital design technologies. This role will lead the Applications Engineering team focused on delivering advanced DFT solutions across India.

Responsibilities:
  • Defining, communicating, and executing strategic initiatives to increase market presence and customer success.
  • Acting as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor, ensuring that Synopsys' DFT offerings align with customer requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior customer stakeholders, driving long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Translating customer feedback into actionable insights for product development, roadmap planning, and process enhancement.
  • Overseeing multiple concurrent projects, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring timely, quality delivery.
RequirementsSkill Set
  • Extensive experience in DFT, Synthesis, or other front-end digital design technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage complex technical programs.
  • Strong project management skills, including risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with technical documentation standards.
Credentials
  • BSEE, MSEE, PhD, or equivalent with 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and global team management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Synopsys tools and methodologies is a strong plus.
