Our organization is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and reports in Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Design dynamic, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and customer analytics teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to derive actionable insights, recommendations, and storytelling through dashboards.
  • Maintain and enhance data models for better performance and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI and SQL advancements to improve existing processes.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Power BI and SQL.
  • Proficiency in advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, and stored procedures.
  • Strong experience in Finance, Customer Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.
  • Expertise in designing dynamic, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data landscapes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in DAX queries and creating calculated columns/measures in Power BI.
  • Familiarity with tools like Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and analytics pipelines.
  • Experience in predictive analytics and statistical modeling is a plus.
