Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop insights and support ad-hoc analysis for different level of audience
  • Convert unstructured data into business information
  • Collect data from various sources, structure unstructured data, and transform it into meaningful business information
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and propose visualizations
  • Understand business processes, source systems, and connect them for analysis
  • Develop documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and user training materials
  • Support regular generation of standard reports and scheduled jobs

Requirement

  • Degree holder in business analytics, mathematics, computing, or a related discipline
  • 5 years working experience on data/business analyst
  • Profound knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Python, VBA, BI tools, RPA, SharePoint, O365 apps, database design, and metadata
  • Ability to analyze data statistically, present key findings, and articulate recommendations
  • Capability to transform data into business insights using storytelling techniques and visualization tools like PowerPoint
  • Creativity in designing and implementing data visualization pages
  • Experience in system design and implementation and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented approach
  • Good communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Strong common sense and business acumen
  • A solid understanding of business processes and the interdependencies of data
